By using the LOC & Curl Xpress ATL Salon website and booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We provide natural hair services including silk presses, curly cuts, loc care, treatments, protective styles, kids' hair, and consultations. Service availability, pricing, and timing may vary and are confirmed at booking and consultation.

We reserve the right to decline or modify a service if, in our professional judgment, it is not appropriate for your hair's condition or health.

Appointments are subject to availability. Some services require a deposit, which is applied to your total at checkout and is non-refundable except as described in our Policies page.

Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice to retain or transfer your deposit. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. See our Policies page for full details.

Prices are listed as 'starting at' and may vary based on length, density, and condition. We confirm final pricing before beginning a service. Add-ons are priced separately.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems. Content on this site, including text and images, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Hair services involve individual results, and outcomes vary based on your hair's unique characteristics and at-home care.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website and services after changes indicates your acceptance.
