Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online 24/7 through our calendar, or by phone during business hours. New and returning clients are welcome to book online.

Longer services and loc appointments require a non-refundable deposit to hold your time. The deposit is applied to your total at checkout. We'll always show the deposit amount before you confirm.

We recommend booking in advance, especially for loc services and weekends, as our schedule fills quickly.

Deposits vary by service and are a portion of your service total. They secure your stylist's reserved time and come off your final balance.

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable: with at least 48 hours' notice, we'll move your deposit to a new appointment date. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.

Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another client. You can cancel or reschedule online or by phone.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the deposit. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

We understand emergencies happen — communicate with us as early as possible and we'll do our best to work with you.

Please call if you're running late. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or shortened to stay on schedule for the next client.

Late arrivals are still charged the full service price, as the time was reserved for you.

We hold appointments for 15 minutes. After that, the appointment may be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited to respect the next client's time.

Prices are listed as 'starting at' because length, density, and condition affect time and product. We confirm any additional cost at consultation before starting — no surprises at checkout.

We welcome children of all ages for natural hair services. For their safety and comfort, please bring a parent or guardian, and let us know if your child is tender-headed or has sensitivities.

We ask that children remain supervised in the salon for a calm experience for all clients.
